After your reservation is complete, you can check your reservation details from 'Reservation' in the Menu.
We will also send you an email including your reservation details.
When you complete your reservation, your payment via registered credit card is made at the same time.
If for some reason we couldn't confirm your payment, you will not be able to complete your reservation. If this occurs please contact your credit card company, or change to another credit card via 'profile' in the menu.
You can change your reservation free of charge up until one day before your check-in. The payment made for your former reservation will be refunded within a few days, and a new payment will be created for the updated reservation.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up until one day before your check-in as well. The payment made for your reservation will be refunded within a few days.
However, we do not accept schedule changes/cancellation on the date of your reservation. Please note that if you do not show up at your check-in timing, we cannot refund back your payment.
